Tfw friends bring cupcakes shaped like donuts
It’s been 10 months since my book came out (although last June feels like a thousand years ago) and it’s so heartening to know it’s still out in the world connecting with readers! 🎉🎉
Congratulations to @emilymaguirewriter, whose beautifully textured novel Love Objects is fresh and gripping and infused with love and urgency. Her launch was joyful, in part because I actually made it (restrictions might be loosening, but CFS still shuts me down), but mostly because of how wonderful Em and her book both are, and the people who came together to celebrate reflected that. 🎉🎉🎉
Just in case you need a bit more dog today.
I get a lot of sassing because my coffees have neither caffeine nor dairy (including the question ‘what’s the point of that?’) but until someone can serve me a herbal tea that looks as delightful as this, I’ll continue to order my decaf oat capps, thanks very much 😝
City sunrise isn’t too shabby either.
Pure joy to read this electric new novel from @emilymaguirewriter, and appreciate how the dawn sun lights up the cover ☀️☀️☀️
Ten years here and still can’t get over how glorious it is. I mean, honestly.
Back home. Thanks for sharing in all the excitement, everyone.
